To be readily available for short-notice project assignments and accessible for communication at all times.
To receive and act on instructions from the reporting line manager (N+1) regarding project coordination.
To serve as the focal point for project communications among the Client, Project Team, Management, and Contractors.
To provide regular updates on project progress to the Client, Management, and Contractors.
To ensure the project team complies with all site requirements relating to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE), documentation, execution, and project deliverables.
To ensure that all necessary facilities and resources for the project team are provided according to the project plan and without shortage.
To ensure the project team understands the inspection requirements, processes, and timelines.
To ensure the project team performs all tasks in accordance with applicable specifications and procedures without deviating from established processes.
To ensure the safety of personnel, the project team, and the workplace before, during, and after inspection activities.
To ensure project deliverables are submitted in accordance with the agreed schedule and timeline.
To review inspection reports prior to submission to the Client.
To prepare and submit timesheets for Client approval.
To communicate promptly with the reporting manager and provide updates on the latest project progress and relevant information.
To ensure the project team completes assigned tasks within the approved schedule, scope, and budget established by Management.
To ensure all inspection tools and equipment provided by the Company are properly maintained and kept in good working condition before, during, and after use.
Job Requirements
Possess a minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the NDT field across various industries/sectors.
Possess a valid NDT certification or have successfully obtained qualification in any NDT method.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.Hold a valid driving licence.Intermediate-level computer skills.
