About The Role
The
Net Revenue Manager – MSB is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of Gross-to-Net (G2N) investments, including Trade Spend Management (TSM) and Trade Claim Management (TCM) across Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei.
This role drives strong commercial governance, trade spend optimization, reporting & analytics, and system excellence to support sustainable business growth and effective Net Revenue Management (NRM).
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Gross-to-Net (G2N) budget and trade spend governance across the MSB cluster.
- Drive effective Trade Spend Management (TSM), pricing governance, and promotional investment tracking.
- Chair quarterly governance and monitoring forums to ensure compliance, commercial hygiene, and audit readiness.
- Develop and implement Local Sales Operating Processes (LSOPs) to strengthen governance and ROI management.
- Own Trade Promotion Management (TPM), including planning, tracking, and post-promotion analysis with retail partners.
- Partner with Finance to build reporting dashboards and analytics for spend tracking, ROI, and business performance.
- Provide insights and analytical support to strengthen Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategies. Act as the key point of contact for TSM and TCM systems, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Drive digital and process improvement initiatives in partnership with Tech and CBIA teams.
- Maintain customer trading terms, contracts, and commercial records.
- Monitor distributor and market inventory levels to ensure alignment with agreed commercial norms.
- Drive compliance and governance across commercial processes, SOPs, and LSOPs.
Why you
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, or Trade Spend Management within FMCG.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and financial acumen.
- Experience in trade spend governance, reporting, and systems management.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
