Legal Documentation & Advisory
- Prepare, review, and draft a wide range of legal documents including sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, tenancy agreements, and related conveyancing instruments
- Assist in legal matters relating to property developers — including project documentation, developer approvals, and related legal processes
- Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and properly executed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Attend to clients professionally — advising on legal matters, managing expectations, and ensuring a high standard of client service throughout all transactions
- Liaise with developers, financial institutions, government authorities, and other relevant parties as required
Legal Research & General Practice
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing matters and keep abreast of relevant legal developments
- Attend to other legal work and tasks assigned by the firm from time to time
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and qualified to practice law in Malaysia — possession of a valid Practicing Certificate is required
Minimum 2 years of experience in non-dispute legal work, preferably covering conveyancing, property development, or tenancy matters
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia — both written and verbal — is required
Mandarin proficiency is required for liaison with Mandarin-speaking clients
Ability to converse in Hokkien is an added advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
