Description
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and review invoices and credit memos in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and customer queries.
- Generate and analyze financial reports related to receivables and cash flow.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance the O2C workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards in all transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities for the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A Successful O2C Analyst Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Financial Services industry is an advantage.
