Job Summary
The Officer – Office Management is responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations, including facilities support, supplies management, courier coordination, and administrative tasks. The role also provides driving support and assists in maintaining efficient workplace operations through reliable, hands-on operational and administrative support.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Support office facilities maintenance and coordinate meeting room setup.
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, including delivery tracking.
- Assist in staff accommodation arrangements and utility bill coordination.
- Support office license renewals and maintain basic administrative documentation.
- Provide company driving support for staff transportation and official business needs.
- Assist in overall office operations and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in office administration, logistics, or a similar role.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to perform driving and operational support duties when required.
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
