What We're Looking For
The Online Content Specialist II is responsible for content production in a specialized area of expertise,
tasked with creating, indexing and activating Support Community Content.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
– Interacts with stakeholders across the business and partner closely with content strategists to meet the needs of a global audience and help develop new streams of learning-oriented content.
– Ensures that content is relevant, findable, accurate, clear and targets the needs of Zebra Online visitors.
– Promotes Knowledge Management & Systems objectives, plans, and priorities to key audiences within the company, helping to achieve adoption and leverage of the knowledge.
– Fully engages in Product Quality meetings to understanding additional internal content of known issues (CQC/SBM, SPR).
– Works with Training Teams to utilize abilities and Knowledge of team to run training courses (Internal or External) on Products, Systems or Knowledge interaction.
– Identifies requirements and implementation of phased languages including customer interaction communications.
– Enables product notification updates for Firmware & Software via Customer Community Chatter Groups.
