Operation and Sales Engineer

Role Description The Operation and Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to energy solutions, including coordinating project activities, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role involves engaging with customers to understand technical requirements, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process with accurate technical information. The engineer will provide technical support before and after sales, collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, and maintain strong relationships through responsive communication. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve services and expand business.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (related field).
• minimum 3 years in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Operations role specifically within the Oil & Gas WELL COMPLETION and/or WELL INTERVENTION sector. 
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple client engagements and projects concurrently.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently (both domestically and internationally) as required.
