Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Assistant/Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for supporting our daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and managing administrative tasks. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Indoor sales (e-commerce)
  • Handle online order (product - contact lenses)
  • Handle delivery (logistics part)
  • Liaise with supplier and provide after-sales service

Requirements

  • Female, Chinese only, Prefer young candidate
  • Welcome fresh graduate, training provided
  • With exp (admin/office job) also can try
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, Malay
  • Possess own laptop/ iPad/ Tab will be added advantage, if don't have, company will provide
  • Willing to work at night when system error (not everyday)
  • Computer literacy

Working hour:

Mon-Fri 9:30am - 6:30pm
