Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Management or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MBA or equivalent will be an advantage.
Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
Proven experience in Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Management Consulting or Performance Management.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
Experience managing performance across multiple business units, branches or locations is preferred.
Experience in professional services, accounting, audit, tax, corporate secretarial, shared services or other service-based organisations will be an advantage.
