Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Operations & Customer Support Executive ** to support daily operations and assist customers using our platform. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in fintech, customer experience, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with account setup, login issues, transactions, and basic platform usage
  • Log and track customer issues using CRM or ticketing tools
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to senior team members and follow up until resolution
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and customer-first approach

Operations Support

  • Assist with daily operational tasks such as transaction monitoring and basic reconciliations
  • Support customer onboarding and document verification under guidance
  • Help maintain accurate records and reports related to customer interactions and operations
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations

Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Follow company policies related to data security, privacy, and compliance
  • Assist in identifying potential errors or suspicious activities and report them to supervisors
  • Participate in training sessions on regulations, products, and systems

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education in relevant fields are preferred
  • 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a team and follow processes

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

  • Internship or academic exposure to fintech, banking, or customer service
  • Basic knowledge of digital payments, wallets, or online banking
  • Familiarity with CRM or support tools
