Position Summary

Join TP and become part of a globally recognized customer experience team supporting one of the world's leading premium tobacco brands. As an Operations Customer Expert, you will deliver exceptional customer service and technical support for Reduced-Risk Products (RRP), helping customers throughout their product journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to provide effective solutions across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer service and technical support for Reduced-Risk Products (RRP).
• Assist customers through multiple communication channels, including email, live chat, social media, web forms, inbound/outbound calls, messaging platforms, and review sites.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and promotional activities across various SNS.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain high service quality while achieving operational KPIs and performance targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent Korean & Intermediate English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Penang, Malaysia.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a BPO or the tobacco industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
