We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Operations & Customer Support Executive ** to support daily operations and assist customers using our platform. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in fintech, customer experience, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with account setup, login issues, transactions, and basic platform usage
- Log and track customer issues using CRM or ticketing tools
- Escalate technical or complex issues to senior team members and follow up until resolution
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and customer-first approach
Operations Support
- Assist with daily operational tasks such as transaction monitoring and basic reconciliations
- Support customer onboarding and document verification under guidance
- Help maintain accurate records and reports related to customer interactions and operations
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Follow company policies related to data security, privacy, and compliance
- Assist in identifying potential errors or suspicious activities and report them to supervisors
- Participate in training sessions on regulations, products, and systems
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education in relevant fields are preferred
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a team and follow processes
Preferred (But Not Mandatory)
- Internship or academic exposure to fintech, banking, or customer service
- Basic knowledge of digital payments, wallets, or online banking
- Familiarity with CRM or support tools
