Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the golf club to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The role ensures all operational departments function effectively, comply with SOPs, and meet organizational standards, guest satisfaction, and KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Overall Operations Management
- Supervise and coordinate all operational departments within the golf club.
- Ensure all club facilities, services, and grounds are well maintained and fully operational.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruption to club activities.
2. Facilities & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee maintenance of club buildings, utilities, and facilities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented and followed.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
3. Housekeeping Management
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained across the clubhouse and facilities.
- Monitor housekeeping schedules and performance.
- Maintain high standards of presentation for all guest areas.
4. Security Management
- Ensure safety and security of members, guests, staff, and club property.
- Oversee security operations, patrols, and access control.
- Coordinate incident reporting and emergency response procedures.
5. Golf Course Maintenance
- Ensure golf course conditions (greens, fairways, bunkers, landscaping) meet club standards.
- Work closely with the Course Superintendent/Head of Maintenance team.
- Monitor irrigation, fertilization, and turf maintenance programs.
6. Planning & Budget Control
- Assist in preparing operational budgets and control operational expenses.
- Ensure efficient use of resources across all departments.
- Support long-term planning for facility improvements and upgrades.
7. People Management
- Supervise department heads and ensure effective team performance.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and staff development.
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and discipline.
8. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with club policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Work closely with ESH/HR on safety, health, and environmental requirements.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and risk mitigation procedures are in place.
9. Reporting
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Provide recommendations for operational improvements and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations, preferably in golf club, resort, or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of facility maintenance and grounds management.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
