Job Description

Location:Klang Valley, Penang, Johor, Ipoh, and Melaka

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the walk-in customers, assist/ usher them to appropriate counters/ performing transaction
  • Perform administrative task and document processing
  • Attend to product enquiries and customer service issues
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned from time to time
  • Telephone dunning (X, 30 & 60 days bucket) accounts.
  • Retrieve voice message and perform call back to customer via dialer system (Call Back Campaign).
  • Handling email correspondence with respective unit/dept.
  • Attend to customer and update latest contact details.
  • To review transfer payments/late charges on daily basis.
  • Display professionalism when handling external and internal customers at all time.
  • Carry out all other duties assigned from time to time by management.
  • Ensure clean desk policy are adhered at all times.
  • Escalate any suspicious or fraudulent activity to your manager, independent risk management, internal legal counsel or compliance officer
  • Ensure strict adherence to all credit policies, procedures, BNM guidelines, Group compliance etc.
  • Handling ad-hoc task - i.e. Financial Aids Programme

Requirements:
  • A recognised Degree/Diploma or other equivalent qualifications working knowledge of Branch Operations, Sales and Credit would be a definite advantage
  • Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in branch or in related field
  • Good interpersonal with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft word and excel
  • Target oriented, able to work as team and under taxing environment
  • Flexible to work on extended hours/ weekend if required.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive and a self-starter
