Operations Support Executive

Description

The Operations Support Executive is responsible for reviewing receipts submitted by clients and validating the corresponding transactions against internal records. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timely communication to ensure all transactions are properly verified and recorded.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and review receipts submitted by clients.

Verify transaction details against internal systems and records.

Confirm the validity and completion of transactions.

Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors and follow up with clients when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of verified transactions.

Escalate unresolved issues or suspicious transactions to the relevant team.

Ensure all verification activities are completed within the agreed service level timelines.

Provide transaction status updates to clients and internal stakeholders as required.

Requirements

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

basic written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule (9 hours per shift, including a 1-hour break)

Working Arrangements

Location: Plaza Damas

6 working days per week.

Shift-based role with rotational schedules.

9 hours per shift, inclusive of a 1-hour break (8 working hours).

Candidates must be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by operational needs
