You'll be joining our Oracle Consulting SEA team, a regional practice delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle EAM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Act as a functional lead for Oracle EAM Maintenance workstreams and client engagements.
- Gather business requirements and lead fit-gap analysis workshops.
- Design and configure Oracle EAM solutions aligned to business requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage preventive maintenance, work order management, asset lifecycle, and maintenance planning processes.
- Lead testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and deployment readiness.
- Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and executive stakeholder updates.
- Manage project risks, issues, and escalations to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide consultants and junior team members.
- Support go-live, hypercare, and post-production support activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize maintenance processes.
Essential Skills and Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in Oracle EAM, Asset Management, or Maintenance Management solutions.
- Strong experience in Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Experience leading at least 2 end-to-end Oracle EAM implementations or major transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of: Asset Lifecycle Management, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Work Order Management, Asset Tracking, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling and Inventory and Spare Parts Management
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and user training.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
- Experience leading workshops and presenting solutions to business and leadership teams.
- Experience working across integrated Oracle modules such as: Procurement, Inventory, Projects and Finance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance / Oracle Cloud SCM.
- Exposure with Oracle Primavera integration.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance, asset performance management, or reliability engineering concepts.
- Experience supporting data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Experience in manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, transportation, or asset-intensive industries.
- Oracle certifications are an added advantage.
