You'll be joining our Oracle Consulting SEA team, a regional practice delivering Oracle Cloud transformation programmes across Southeast Asia.
As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help clients modernise Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Tax functions, unlock greater value from their Oracle investments, and successfully deliver complex cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support Oracle ERP Finance implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Perform data migration activities, including data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and loading.
- Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
- Track defects and support issue resolution during testing cycles.
- Create and maintain test scripts, training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Gather business requirements and support fit-gap analysis activities.
- Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation activities.
- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience
Associate (1–3 Years)
- 1–3 years of experience in Oracle ERP, Finance Systems, or Finance transformation projects.
- Exposure to data migration, testing, or training activities.
- Basic understanding of Finance processes such as: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Tax and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Experience preparing test scripts and supporting SIT/UAT activities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Senior Associate (3–6 Years)
- 3–6 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud or Finance transformation projects.
- Experience supporting data migration, testing, and training workstreams.
- Good understanding of: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Tax and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
- Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
- Experience creating training content, user guides, test scripts, and process documentation.
- Ability to conduct user training sessions and stakeholder workshops.
- Experience supporting go-live and hypercare activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in at least one Oracle ERP Cloud implementation project.
- Knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, Smart View, OTBI, or BI Publisher.
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Exposure to Finance transformation or cloud migration projects.
