Job Description

Accountabilities /Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Inventory management, 3PL delivery performance SLA.
  • Liaise with 3PL for daily collection and closely monitor correct the sim delivery point.
  • Ensure courier material stock integrity at high level to avoid disruption and daily order processing and picking activities run smoothly.
  • Preparing weekly report and performing other ad-hoc duties when required.
  • Ensure the information enters correctly into the system to avoid undelivered sims.

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain, marketing or business administration, or in a related field
  • Only for non muslim male as you need to coverthe express service during the Muslim staff's Friday prayer,
  • Min 1-3 years experience in fast moving distribution center.
  • Strong experience in Order Management.
  • In depth understanding of telco distribution processes and start-up experience are added advantages.
  • Independent and does whatever it takes to get things done (start-up environment)
  • Have logical thinking and strong sense in problem solving.
  • Able to do ad-hoc tasks, when necessary, as per superior instruction.
  • Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency and able to work independently and within a team.
