Job Description
- Oversee and manage the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.
- Maintain compliance with financial and regulatory requirements across the P2P cycle.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment and procurement issues promptly.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the P2P framework.
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and effective communication.
- Prepare and analyse reports related to P2P metrics for management review.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals in the accounting and finance functions.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness of all P2P processes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful P2P Manager Should Have
- Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the procure-to-pay process within the Shared Services industry.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools to manage P2P operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance.
- Proven leadership skills to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
