We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team!

Offer Salary : RM3,500 - RM4,000

Working Hours : Flexible Working Hours

Working Days : Monday - Friday

Here are the responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant digital platforms to generate qualified leads and maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and campaign budgets, while implementing data-driven optimizations.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, subscriber management, marketing automation, and performance tracking.
Support the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns for training programs, consulting services, webinars, and corporate events.
Create compelling and persuasive copywriting for advertisements, email campaigns, Telegram content, landing pages, and other marketing materials that align with the company's brand voice.
Manage and grow the company's Telegram channel by creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and maintaining consistent communication with the community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and training teams, to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Collect, interpret, and report digital marketing performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research, audience analysis, and A/B testing to identify new opportunities, improve targeting strategies, and enhance overall campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.

Desired skills & requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead generation strategies.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Team player with strong collaboration and time management skills.
