MIS Data Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of Power BI reports, Qlik Sense Report, Excel Reports, and other tools working with Claims team.
MIS Data Analyst needs to document reporting requirements to meet business needs.
Using skills and experience as a MIS Analyst, will need to design, develop, test and implement reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying database.

• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
• Develops reports to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Provide recommendations to update current reports to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Understand internal user problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring internal user issues.
• Provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
