PCBA Production Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Summary:

The PCBA Production Manager will be fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the PCBA production department, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This position requires coordinating production planning, quality control, team management, and cost control; optimizing production processes; improving overall production efficiency; reducing manufacturing costs; and ensuring products meet downstream process requirements and industry standards.

Job Description:

1. Execute production plans to ensure timely, sufficient, and high-quality order delivery.

2. Manage the entire production process, including SMT (Surface Mount Technology), MI (Made-in-the-Shell), testing, and coating.

3. Maintain the quality management system to ensure products meet quality requirements, industry standards, and environmental requirements.

4. Lead and train the production team, improving employees multi-skill levels and safety awareness.

5. Monitor production costs, including materials, labor, and equipment maintenance, to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; experienced candidates may be considered with a diploma.

2. Candidates need to be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Mandarin speaking is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

3. Over 5 years of production management experience in the PCBA manufacturing industry, familiar with SMT, wave soldering, testing, repair, coating, and other processes.

4. Familiar with the application of ERP/MES systems in production management.

5. Excellent team leadership and communication skills; able to work under pressure and proactively learn new knowledge.

6. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
