Role Summary:
A strategic HR business partner driving business performance and growth with the application of data analytics and technologies.
Play a key role in providing HR expertise and advice for the entire spectrum of HR functions including Talent Development/ Requisition, Employee Engagement etc. supporting the organization in achieving its business goals and complying to corporate /regional guidelines.
Scope:
- A strategic HR support to business driving performance and growth
- Provide regular HR analytics for decision making
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations & company policies with continuous updates
- Talent requisition in a timely manner
- Involved in talent development & building talent pool and pipeline
- Promote DREAM in building an inclusive culture
- Strengthen and build employee engagement with myriads of activities
- Support employee development with Training and Education Department including managing of mandatory learnings & CEUs
- Lead/ Participate in global or regional projects
Job Requirements
Academic Qualifications
- Tertiary Education
- HR certification
Experiences/Knowledge
- 5 years of Human Resources experience at the managerial level in an MNC
handling the full HR Life Cycle – HR Operations, Talent Requisition/Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management
- Hands-on Payroll processing experience is essential
- Familiar with labour laws and regulations.
- Strong competencies in Technologies, Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and Presentation Tools
