Performance Testing: Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test scripts using industry-standard tools.
Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance test results, identify performance issues, and provide detailed reports to the development team.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor application performance during load and stress tests, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure performance requirements are met and maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of performance testing activities, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test results.
Automation: Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance testing and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
Proven at least 3-4 years experience as a Performance Tester or similar role.
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar.
