Job Description

Develop performance test strategy & a plan
Work with the project manager to provide timely update on status of performance testing activities
Design and execute Performance tests using tools like Loadrunner, JMeter
Analyse performance test results and identify performance bottlenecks
Prepare and review final performance summary report and present to all stake holders
Ensure that performance testing issues are identified and tracked in a timely manner
Obtain appropriate sign offs at various stages of performance testingJob Requirements
Minimum 5-6 years experience in End to End performance testing performing software testing or related functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in quick-paced Agile environment and SCRUM team format
Experience working and setting up performance testing tools e.g. LoadRunner/JMeter
Strong hands on skills to develop, validate and review performance test scripts and scenarios with tools like Loadrunner/JMeter.
Experience with performance monitoring good to have
Experience in financial and Banking domain
Performance Engineering experience
Development experience
Experience with project planning, estimations
Experience in testing web front/backend applications, mobile-web applications
Experience with cloud
