Performance Tester/Regression Tester

Role Details:

• Ensure infrastructure meets performance, stability, and reliability requirements through structured performance, load, stress, and regression testing during migration and DR.

• Develop performance test strategies, scenarios, and scripts aligned with business SLAs and application tiers.

• Execute load, stress, endurance, failover, and scalability tests to validate readiness of new environments.

• Conduct end-to-end regression testing to ensure no functional degradation across migration waves.

• Measure key performance baselines and compare pre- and post-migration results.

• Use existing testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).

• Work closely with application teams, infra solution architects, and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization.

• Document test results, provide performance reports, and participate in go-live readiness assessments.

• Support DR testing, mock runs, and cutover validation.
