Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing 50% family matters, 50% basic financial of employers such as petty cash, cheque issuance and monitor maid visa.
  • Managing schedules and appointments.
  • Handling communication on behalf of the employer.
  • Providing administrative support and organizing documents.
  • Conducting research and gathering information.
  • Prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma or above in any related field.
  • At least 7 yearsworking experience in secretarial or personal assistant field.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Basic knowledge in cooking:- need to communicate with people for meal preparation.
  • Someone who is available immediately would be added advantage.
  • 5 days week job.
Bachelors/ DegreeDiploma
