Job Description

Job Brief

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director, managing both professional responsibilities and personal/family errands. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Director in managing and executing assigned projects.
  • Manage expenses, reimbursements, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with personal errands and household matters efficiently.
  • Assist in special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Experience working as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant is preferable.
  • Experience working in the field of travel / event / hospitality will be a plus point.
  • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Power Point, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, excellent self-discipline.
  • Strong sense of initiative, responsibility and has a positive attitude.
  • Willing to standby during the weekend (if needed).
  • Must be local citizens.
