- To coordinate effectively the flow of information, both internally and externally.
- To maintain strictly confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of people.
- Undertake special assignments, ac-hoc functions and related duties, as and when required.
- To handle all sort of appointments and meetings and follow up on outstanding matters for the director.
- To organize travel and accommodation arrangement.
- To undertake all business research and information gathering for the director.
- When needed and necessary, to attend meeting along with the directors and prepare a finalized meeting minutes.
