Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure production schedules meet customer delivery commitments and sales order requirements.
• Monitor customer purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment of delivery quantities and schedules.
• Work closely with Purchasing to ensure materials are available to support production and prevent shipment delays.
• Participate in daily production meetings to plan and coordinate resources, manpower, and machine capacity to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and material availability to support smooth production operations.
• Participate in monthly stock counts and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Update and maintain inventory and material movement transactions in the SAP system.
• Analyze production and material-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them efficiently.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production planning, material planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
