Responsibilities
Responsible for overall enterprise application development and maintenance delivery for large corporations both locally and overseas.
- Provide leadership to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of projects assigned
- Responsible for managing the project requirements and change requests
- Perform project planning, estimation of effort and develop detailed project plan
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, with good quality, within scope and budget
- Communicate and manage clients, project team and suppliers
- Mentoring and motivating project team to archieve the defined project goal
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management mainly in IT System Integration project management/software development
- Experience in managing project team adopting Scrum Agile / DevOps methodology.
- Excellent organizing, planning and analytical skills
- Excellent in requirement and issues tracking skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to formulate creative solutions to day-to-day problems and make good decisions on the fly
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Strong in written and spoken in Mandarin and English
- Cantonese speaking is a plus
- Programming experience with Java, .Net, SQL is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
