Principal Corporate Counsel

Microsoft has an immediate opportunity for an experienced attorney to join its Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) department. We are hiring for a Principal Corporate Counsel who'll be supporting the ASEAN region as Legal and Regulatory counsel.

You will support Microsoft at the intersection of the law, policy and cutting-edge technology. You will advise on Microsoft's commercial engagements and agreements, strategize deal execution, and bridge alignment across a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will also advise on regulatory compliance and partner with the Government Affairs team on regulatory assessments and advocacy strategies. This role will report to the Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs, ASEAN.
