Principal / Lead Java Backend & Joget Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise backend applications using Java (8+/11/17) and Spring Boot.

Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and workflow-driven applications using Joget Workflow/Joget DX.

Develop custom Joget plugins, integrations, and process automation solutions.

Manage and optimize cloud deployments across AWS and Azure.

Implement SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API security best practices.

Design and optimize MySQL and DynamoDB databases.

Lead security, compliance, and platform governance initiatives.

Support Linux-based environments, automation scripting, and CI/CD processes.

Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

10+ years of Java backend development experience.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, MySQL, and Linux.

Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, and SSO.

Experience with Joget Workflow/Joget DX, including custom plugin development.

Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native architectures.

Preferred

5+ years of Joget experience.

Certifications in AWS, Azure, Java, or Security.

Experience in telecom, fintech, or other regulated industries.
