As a Private Bar Attendant, you're not just making guests feel at home – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
The Private Bar Attendant is responsible for ensuring all guest room minibars are fully stocked, accurately inventoried, and maintained to Waldorf Astoria and Hilton luxury standards. This role contributes to exceptional guest satisfaction by providing timely replenishment, maintaining product quality, and ensuring accurate billing while working closely with Housekeeping and Front Office teams.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Replenish and maintain guest room Private Bar according to established standards.
- Ensure Private Bar charges are accurately posted and inventory records are maintained.
- Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and stock levels using FIFO principles.
- Maintain cleanliness of Private Bar equipment, storage areas, and pantries.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office.
- Comply with Hilton brand standards, food safety regulations, and hotel policies.
- Support inventory counts and other operational duties as assigned. ice flow.
- Maintain awareness of daily specials, promotions, and upcoming events.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role in a hotel
- Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
- Able to work flexible shifts
