To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a
Process Engineerlocated in
Prai/Batu Kawan, Penang.
In charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- Support backend process development and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Set up process controls, monitor equipment performance, and troubleshoot backend processes to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform regular data collection, yield analysis, and prepare reports on process performance and key metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to resolve process-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customers, R&D, Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure process alignment and product quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Experienced in executing experiments, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), conducting process trials, and managing production runs.
- Strong in analytical tools such as PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and developing robust control plans.
- Experienced in the fabrication of tools and fixtures, particularly for complex product assemblies such as power module will be advantages.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge in SMT / Wave / Soldering / Assembly
- Experience in NPI activities like develop process flow, tooling/fixture design, reflow and wave profile setup and highlight DFM to RD for enhancement.
- Experience in process engineering in the high technology electronics industry, root cause analysis or related area will be an added advantage.
