We are now looking for Process Engineering Manager to join our Manufacturing Excellence team.

Here's how you'll make an impact in this roll.

  • Process Risk Governance
  • Establish and govern PFMEA methodology across manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure PFMEA and Control Plans are developed, maintained, and updated for all production processes.
  • Lead systematic identification and mitigation of process risks impacting product quality, yield, and operational stability.
  • Process Control & Standardization
  • Ensure critical process parameters and process controls are clearly defined and implemented across all production stages.
  • Establish standardized process windows and control limits for key production processes.
  • Ensure alignment between process documentation and actual operational practices on the shopfloor.
  • Process Engineering Leadership
  • Lead and manage the process engineering team responsible for compounding, dipping, and downstream process control.
  • Provide technical leadership in process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure engineering support for production to maintain stable and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Validation & Process Capability
  • Ensure proper validation of manufacturing processes including qualification and capability studies where required.
  • Support validation activities related to new processes, equipment changes, and product introductions.
  • Ensure validation data is incorporated into risk assessments and process control strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Lead engineering initiatives aimed at improving yield, reducing scrap, and enhancing manufacturing efficiency.
  • Ensure defect reduction initiatives are systematically linked to PFMEA risk mitigation and control plan improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Excellence teams to ensure alignment on process standards and improvements.
  • Support production teams in achieving operational KPIs through improved process control and stability.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related discipline)
  • Professional engineering qualification or equivalent technical certification preferred
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated experience with PFMEA, process control, and manufacturing process improvement
  • Experience leading engineering teams and cross-functional improvement initiatives
  • Experience supporting process validation and quality systems in regulated manufacturing environments preferred
