Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations Analyst

- This established financial institution based in Kuala Lumpur is amongst one of the most recognised globally. The company is looking for a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Operations Analyst.
Your new role
- Support and maintain the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, including system configuration, master data, and user administration.
- Investigate and resolve technical, integration, and transaction-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor system performance, scheduled integrations, and data accuracy across regional business units.
- Manage support requests through the Ticket Platform while delivering excellent stakeholder and customer service.
- Assist with reporting, analytics, process documentation, and knowledge management.
- Serve as the key point of contact for the Supplier Portal support and P2P best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in P2P operations (any industry)
- Financial services background is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa is an added advantage
