Procurement Executive (Based in Bukit Mertajam) - Open to fresh graduate

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate new products proposal.
• Evaluate quotation based on quality, price, and reliability.
• Price comparison by doing market survey.
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers.
• Work with internal departments (e.g., logistic, marketing, warehouse, RTM, QM)
• Solve product quality issues / customer complaints.
• Ensure each product complies with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
• Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Time management and multitasking.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools
• Good command of English (written and spoken). Ability to understand Mandarin is an advantage
