Responsibilities:
As a Product delivery intern, you will support the team in delivering products smoothly and efficiently by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and working with different teams. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting product development and delivery.
Success in this role means staying organized, communicating well, completing tasks on time, and helping the team deliver quality products to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of AI voicebot solutions, including bot configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support senior team members and full-time staff in daily operations and ad-hoc assignments.
- Review and analyze robot interactions and call recordings to identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Conduct testing and validation of robots prior to deployment, and summarize testing results and findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Customer Success teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and participate in large-scale robot performance testing activities.
-Assist in optimizing robot performance based on testing results, operational findings, and customer feedback.
- Support on-site recording and analysis activities at client locations when required.
Qualifications:
- Good command of spoken and written Malay and English. Proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-related technologies and concepts such as NLU, ASR, TTS, LLM, and conversational AI is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, is an advantage.
- Willing to travel to client sites when required for recording and analysis activities.
- Flexible to support project activities outside regular working hours on an occasional basis.
