Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, technical, and design teams to develop product development plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and with quality.
Handle user feedback, gain in-depth understanding of user needs, and research and analyze industry developments and customer demands.
Write Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and maintain communication with the development team to ensure product features meet business requirements.
Drive continuous product optimization, enhance user experience, collect user feedback, and formulate product improvement strategies.
Conduct competitor analysis to ensure the product's competitiveness in the market.
Collaborate with marketing and sales departments for product promotion, supporting the sales efforts of the business team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in QS, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Familiarity with the construction industry and related workflows, with an understanding of quantity surveying, construction management, or engineering management software.
Strong product design skills and user experience awareness, capable of effectively identifying and defining product requirements.
Good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, able to advance project progress among technical, marketing, and sales teams.
