Job Description

About Us

At PostCo, we're building the decisional AI layer for commerce.

We launched our returns portal in 2021. This year, we expanded into a bigger vision: with the launch of Upsell and Order Editing, PostCo now extends beyond post-purchase into pre-purchase - covering the entire shopping journey from cart to return. Underneath it all is a shared intelligence layer that helps brands know what to sell, when to offer an exchange, and how to keep a customer.

We're building a global product from Southeast Asia, proving that world-class software can be built from this region. We pivoted during the pandemic and became profitable in 2022. We don't raise money from investors or venture capital firms - we grow by building great, profitable products our users love.

Today, PostCo is used by brands across the UK, Australia, and the EU - including Astrid & Miyu, Cole Buxton, and Creed. If you're passionate about building products used by hundreds of thousands of shoppers every day around the world - we'd love to work with you.

About the Role

We're hiring for Product Marketing to lead how PostCo's products are brought to market - and to own the growth of those products once they're live. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support, and is responsible for turning technically sophisticated product work into clear narratives, strong launches, and measurable adoption.

You'll lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches from end to end: defining the positioning and messaging, identifying the right audiences and launch motion and driving adoption after launch.

PostCo ships fast - we launched Order Editing and Upsell within months of each other, with a few more product lined up next - so you'll run a repeatable launch playbook across an expanding product line, not a launch every other year.

You'll own the growth of our products in market. That means building our inbound engine - the content and search presence (both traditional SEO and AI-powered search) that brings qualified brands to us - and driving activation and cross-sell across our existing base of thousands of brands.

We also operate as an AI-first team. From research to execution and launching new initiatives, AI is deeply embedded into how we work. We expect the team to actively leverage AI tools to move faster, make better decisions, and drive greater impact.

This is a rare opportunity to join early and help build one of the first global startup from Southeast Asia.

What You'll Do

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, major launches, and the overall PostCo platform story
  • Create content to win market presence in each of our core markets - Australia, the US, the UK, and the EU
  • Own the GTM strategy for every new product launch - target audience, positioning, packaging input, launch motion, and success metrics
  • Create and coordinate launch deliverables such as landing pages, demos, changelogs, email, social copy, and go-to-market communications
  • Equip Sales and customer-facing teams with the context and materials they need to sell new products from day one
  • Track launch performance - installs, activation, and revenue - and iterate the playbook with every release
  • Build internal AI workflows and agents - from automated content pipelines to research agents

Job Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in product marketing, content, growth, or a startup generalist role
  • Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to make complex ideas feel clear and compelling
  • Strong positioning instincts grounded in customer problems, product truth, and differentiation
  • Great project management skills and ability to track large amounts of detail.
  • Comfort going deep on product details and building credibility with Product and Engineering
  • Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining a high quality bar
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

How We Think & Work

  • Stay curious
  • Build with users
  • Bias toward action
  • Think in principles, not playbooks
  • Operate at the lowest level of detail

Pay & Benefits

The monthly salary for this role ranges from MYR 108,000 to MYR 144,000. The final package will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and career level.

  • Unlimited paid leave
  • Wellness, gym, and fitness stipends
  • EPF, SOCSO, and EIS coverage
  • Work-from-home flexibility
  • Annual retreats and occasional quarterly offsites
