Job Brief
Responsible for department data management, process innovation work, department asset and safety & health control.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for development and implementation of department DX activities.
- Review the business flow (WF) and build highly efficient operations by computerization.
- Responsible to ensure effective implementation of QMS, EMS, OSHAS, ISMS and RBA.
- To carry out admin related tasks.
- Ensure work area clean and tidy and adhere to company's 5S policy.
- Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports and documents.
- Ensure effective data management and utilization.
- Develop and maintain system related with quality fraud prevention
- Improve department 5S management.
- Control and manage for human and environment's safety and efficiency (OS &H).
- Investigate, follow up and reporting for any issue related to system/ digitalization and human safety.
- Plan and promote for department motivational activity.
- Control, manage and monitor department feedback channel.
- Ensure all feedbacks are updated, acted upon and share to relevant parties.
- Proper management of department fixed asset.
- Manage and control access to departmental software & system in compliance with ISMS standards.
- Monitor compliance with ISMS requirements and ensure adherence to information security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Qualification : Candidate must possess at least degree in electrical/ mechanical or equivalent
- Experience : Preferably with more than 2 years experience in manufacturing environment especially in the field of quality control
- Skill : Good communication skills. Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Language : Good verbal and communication skill in English and added advantage if can converse in Japanese
