Job Description

Job Brief

Responsible for department data management, process innovation work, department asset and safety & health control.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for development and implementation of department DX activities.
  • Review the business flow (WF) and build highly efficient operations by computerization.
  • Responsible to ensure effective implementation of QMS, EMS, OSHAS, ISMS and RBA.
  • To carry out admin related tasks.
  • Ensure work area clean and tidy and adhere to company's 5S policy.
  • Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports and documents.
  • Ensure effective data management and utilization.
  • Develop and maintain system related with quality fraud prevention
  • Improve department 5S management.
  • Control and manage for human and environment's safety and efficiency (OS &H).
  • Investigate, follow up and reporting for any issue related to system/ digitalization and human safety.
  • Plan and promote for department motivational activity.
  • Control, manage and monitor department feedback channel.
  • Ensure all feedbacks are updated, acted upon and share to relevant parties.
  • Proper management of department fixed asset.
  • Manage and control access to departmental software & system in compliance with ISMS standards.
  • Monitor compliance with ISMS requirements and ensure adherence to information security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification : Candidate must possess at least degree in electrical/ mechanical or equivalent
  • Experience : Preferably with more than 2 years experience in manufacturing environment especially in the field of quality control
  • Skill : Good communication skills. Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Language : Good verbal and communication skill in English and added advantage if can converse in Japanese
