Product Quality Assurance M/F

a. Responsible for Final Test & Finishing Manufacturing QA function PLP lines.

b. Lead & manage the test MRB for NCL lots disposition & risk assessment. Ensure minimum impact for delivery & no quality risk to customer.

c. Lead the 8D problem solving for Final Testing & Finishing detection CAR, internal excursion to improve Assembly, Final Test & Finishing quality.

d. Manage and support customer ECC, external excursion that related to Test & Finishing. Manage the quality issue with Division & FQS to ensure timely containment actions taken & address the technical & systemic root cause with effective corrective and preventive actions.

e. Improve the Test & Finishing quality system & Test Firewall to ensure no defect escape to customer.

g. Participate in the PLP NPI development phase to ensure the new product release meeting the manufacturing quality deliverables.

h. Conduct quality system audit to ensure effectiveness of the quality system. Manage customer visit and audit to Test & Finishing area.

i. Manage the change management process for Test & Finishing to ensure proper risk assessment done for any changes & also ensure comply to change management requirements.

k. Participate in the operation quality program such as line DBS, Workcell & Quality campaign to promote Zero Defects mindset.

a. Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical & electronic engineering or science.

b. Minimum 2 years working experience working as QA in Test & Finishing.

c. Experience & familiar with device testing methodology will be further advantage.

d. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and good engagement skills with shopfloor.

e. Strong leadership to lead the quality program

g. Good knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, 3x5Why, Fault Tree Analysis, FMEA, Control Plan & Statistic.

h. Qualified quality system (ISO, IATF or VDA) auditor to support internal & external audit program.
