Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed production schedules
Monitor production progress against schedules and make adjustments as needed
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications
Supervise and motivate production teams, including assigning tasks and providing training
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

Min 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry. Those with box building experience is an added advantage
Prefers those in electrical and electronics manufacturing background
Min Degree in any field
Experience in managerial role
