Job Responsibilities:-
- Managing production planning and scheduling
- Ensure on-time and accurate production and deliveries
- Implement work practices for sustainable production efficiency
- Ensuring high level of quality control
- Manage labour and material resources to meet production targets
- Maintain accurate records on inventory of raw materials and finished goods
- Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
- Ensure continuous human resource development of direct reports
- Determine and improvement to the production process
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments
- Prepare and maintain production records and reports for management
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Computer proficiency, strong MS Excel skills and other common Microsoft applications
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of hands on production managerial experience with strong production culture and skills in managing operators and production teams.
- Knowledge and experience in Plastic Injection Process will be a big plus.
- MUST be comfortable working in a fast pace working environment
