Production Manager (Sheet metal)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and sales teams to align production with demand and material availability.
• Lead, coach, and manage production staff, including supervisors, operators, and assemblers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in precision sheet metal, machining, or electrical cabinet assembly.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
