Overview:
We are seeking experienced cardiologists to deliver a corporate-level awareness session on the topic:
Cardiovascular Diseases: Early Detection & Care
This will be a one-time virtual engagement, with potential for repeat sessions as part of our monthly health and wellness awareness series for participants across the globe.

Trainer Requirement:
- The objective of this session is to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases by emphasizing the importance of early detection, preventive care, and timely intervention. The session should provide a comprehensive understanding of common risk factors, early warning signs, and evidence-based strategies to promote heart health, empowering individuals to make informed decisions that support long-term well-being while fostering a healthier and more resilient workforce.
- The session should be informative, engaging, and backed by credible medical insights, covering the causes, prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular diseases. It should highlight the importance of regular health screenings, healthy lifestyle practices, balanced nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and other preventive measures that contribute to cardiovascular wellness. The session should also address common myths and misconceptions surrounding heart health while presenting practical, actionable guidance that can be incorporated into everyday life.
- The session should include interactive elements and relatable examples relevant to a global audience, specifically India and Malaysia, ensuring contextual applicability across diverse cultural and workplace environments. Real-world case studies, expert recommendations, and practical takeaways should be incorporated to reinforce key learning outcomes, encourage proactive heart-health practices, and inspire long-term lifestyle changes that support overall cardiovascular well-being.

- Experienced Cardiologist/ Cardiac Specialist (doctor)
- Deep understanding of the topic
- Able to deliver 45 - 60 minute virtual session
- Able to provide professional slides and practical examples
