Job title:Project Coordinator

Key Relationships: Network Ops, GIS, Network Engineering, Application and Infra Delivery teams from various Business Domains
The job:
(key accountabilities)

  1. Is a member of the Project delivery team
  2. Interface with Internal/external stakeholder and manage conflict/Issue on an ongoing basis
  3. Coordinate Project Management activities
  4. Monitor Project progress and handle any issues
  5. Act as point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders
  6. Manage Change Management for Project and play functional coordinator role to ensure all critical changes are planned and stakeholders are updated in a timely manner
  7. Produce MIS Reporting /Dashboard for Delivery teams
  8. Produce team contributions in SharePoint / Confluence /Jive tools
  9. Regular communication to internal/external stakeholders using multiple Channels
  10. Relationship Management and Point of contact during Escalations for external stakeholders
  11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, Plans and Reports

The person:
(experience, skills, knowledge & qualifications) The successful candidate should possess:
  1. 8&plus years of experience in Network Infrastructure Projects specifically related to Transition Projects
  2. Familiar with of Cantonese language will be advantageous
  3. Experience in Business facing role and Relationship Management
  4. Experience working in enterprise Tools (SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Jive etc)
  5. Green Belt Lean and PMP Certifications are desirable
  6. CCNP certification is advantageous
  7. Experience in interacting with Business/ Delivery team to understand the applications use of the networks
  8. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and ability to communicate with the business at senior level
  9. Excellent ability to prioritise and control activities and deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints
  10. Independent and confident, but willing and able to harness the expertise of others
  11. Multitasking
  12. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
