We are looking for M&E talents ranging from Entry Level to Managerial positions to join our fast-track projects based in Klang Valley & Johor.
Key Responsibilities :-
A) Project Coordination:
- Assist to execute the mechanical and electrical design, procurement, installation, and commissioning for construction projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate M&E systems into the overall building design.
- Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to refine designs and resolve technical issues.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and materials.
B) Installation & Site Management:
- Supervise and monitor the installation of M&E systems (HVAC, fire protection, electrical, lighting, etc.) on-site to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
- Ensure that installation work is carried out safely, within the specified time frame, and to the required quality standards..
- Perform inspections and resolve any issues or deviations from the design specifications.
C) Commissioning & Handover:
- Assist with the commissioning and testing of M&E systems process to ensure they operate efficiently and meet the required performance standards.
- Provide necessary documentation and training to the client and operation teams during the project handover phase.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Candidate with 4-5 years experience in managing M&E installations from design through to commissioning will be added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Fresh graduates with keen interest in construction industry are encouraged to apply.
