You will be responsible for Supporting the Successful Implementation of the TenderBoard eProcurement System for new customers. This role is expected to be default remote (Work-From-Home). Here is the overview of the key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Project Manager
- Draft buyer documentation, including TenderBoard customer requirements, system specifications and test procedures
- Track project timeline
- Obtain buyer approval for all documentation
- Collate project-related documents
- System Testing, Training and Launch
- Test the system configuration to ensure system is ready for rollout
- Support user acceptance tests (UAT)
- Collate UAT results for review
- Internal documentation
- Work with Business Development team to prepare project kickoff
- Prepare internal documentation for handover to the customer support operations team
Qualifications
- Well organised
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent written English
- Process-driven
- 1 - 2 years of project experience
- Would be useful to have understanding of Enterprise Software Systems
