Job Description

You will be responsible for Supporting the Successful Implementation of the TenderBoard eProcurement System for new customers. This role is expected to be default remote (Work-From-Home). Here is the overview of the key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Responsibilities

  1. Provide support to Project Manager
  2. Draft buyer documentation, including TenderBoard customer requirements, system specifications and test procedures
  3. Track project timeline
  4. Obtain buyer approval for all documentation
  5. Collate project-related documents
  6. System Testing, Training and Launch
  7. Test the system configuration to ensure system is ready for rollout
  8. Support user acceptance tests (UAT)
  9. Collate UAT results for review
  10. Internal documentation
  11. Work with Business Development team to prepare project kickoff
  12. Prepare internal documentation for handover to the customer support operations team

Qualifications

  1. Well organised
  2. Detail-oriented
  3. Excellent written English
  4. Process-driven
  5. 1 - 2 years of project experience
  6. Would be useful to have understanding of Enterprise Software Systems
